La ubicación consigue un equilibrio siempre difícil: los apartamentos están cerca de la playa y los servicios pero a la vez lejos del bullicio. De hecho, la tranquilidad y la amplitud de los apartamentos (70 metros cuadrados interiores y otros 15 más de terraza) figuran con rotunda unanimidad en las muchas valoraciones positivas que reciben. The resort is situated in the upper part of Los Cancajos, a town that is well supplied with tourist services and excellent connections with the airport, the main city on the island and the rest of La Palma. It has 37 rooms in two Canary Island style buildings, separated by a generous swimming pool surrounded by gardens.

The location manages to strike what is always a difficult balance: the apartments are close to the beach and other services, yet far from the hustle and bustle of the city. In fact, the peace and quiet and the spaciousness of the apartments (70 square metres inside and another 15 square metres of terrace) are a unanimous plus point on the many positive assessments it gets. Given its technological vocation, the free Wi-Fi internet connection is included in the services.

El Cerrito offers several areas that have been especially adapted for star gazing. A first floor terrace and two roof tops where darkness is carefully maintained at night, act as platforms for astronomy, which can also be engaged in on the sun deck, the gardens or even on the terrace of each apartment. To help those interested, the complex has an iPad with astronomy applications and specialist binoculars available on request at reception.
