​En la casa el Níspero cada detalle refleja el cariño que sus dueños, Ramón y Vina, han puesto en su restauración, finalizada en Junio de 2005. Donde antiguamente estaba el deposito de agua de la vivienda, hoy se encuentra una original cocina redonda con techo de madera. A continuación hay un amplio salón que invita al descanso, un cómodo dormitorio doble y un luminoso cuarto de baño con vestidor. Además la casa tiene un solarium, un porche exterior con mesa y una pequeña barbacoa junto al árbol de níspero que da nombre a la casa. La casa está orientada de tal forma que de cualquiera de sus estancias podrá contemplar una preciosa vista sobre el Atlántico , la isla del Hierro y unos atardeceres inolvidables. Entre las fiestas de Fuencaliente son de mención los caballos Fuscos, último domingo de Agosto de los años pares, la fiesta de la Vendimia , última semana de Agosto, el Pino de la Virgen, segundo domingo de Agosto, San Antonio Abad, el 17 de Enero y Virgen del Carmen , primer domingo después del 16 de Julio 

 

 

 

 

Every single thing you can find in the El Nispero country house is a clear sign of the care Ramon and Vina took when restoring it in the end of June, 2005.  The former water deposit of the house is the current kitchen. Besides, the house counts with a dining room, a double bedroom and a light-filled bathroom with a dressing room in it. Outside of the house, customers will find a solarium, a porch and a barbecue next to the louquat which gives the house its name. From any corner of the house, you will obtain a superb view over the Atlantic ocean, El Hierro and you will admire unforgettable and jaw-droppingly beautiful sunsets. Concerning traditional celebrations, specially worth of mention are: Caballos Fuscos, on the last Sunday of years ending in even numbers; Fiesta de la Vendimia (celebration on occassion of the wine harvest), in the last week of August; Pino de la Virgen, on the second Sunday of August; San Antonio Abad (celebration in honour of St.Anthony the Abbot), on January, 17th and Virgen del Carmen, on the first Sunday after July, 16th

 

 

 

 

Das Landhaus “El Níspero” ist im Ortsteil Las Indias von Fuencaliente gelegen. Hier hat man eine Aussicht auf den Atlantik und erlebt man traumhaft schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Mit viel Liebe in jedes Detail haben die Besitzer Ramón und Vina das Haus “El Nispero” restauriert. Die Arbeiten wurden im Juni 2005 beendet. Wo früher das Wasserdepot der Wohnung war, ist heute eine Original-Rundküche mit Holzdecke. Es hat einen grossen behaglichen Salon zum Entspannen, ein bequemes Doppelschalfzimmer und ein lichtdurchflutetes Badezimmer mit Umkleideraum, sowie auch ein Solarium, eine Aussenveranda mit Tisch und einem kleineren Grill, beim Mispelbaum - nach der Mispel ist das Haus benannt: “El Níspero”. Überall von Haus aus hat man einen prächtigen Ausblick auf den Atlantik, die Insel El Hierro und die unvergesslichen Abenddämmerungen. Besonders sehenswert sind folgende Feste in Fuencaliente: “Caballos Fuscos”, veranstaltet am letzten Sonntag im August in den Jahren, die mit geraden Zahlen enden. Weinlese-Fest (“Fiesta de la vendimia”) in der letzten Augustwoche, “Pino de la Virgen”, am zweiten Augustsonntag, “San Antonio Abad”, am 17. Jaguar, und “Virgen del Carmen”, der nächstfolgende Sonntag nach dem 16. Juli
