Situada en el pintoresco barrio de El Jesús, de Tijarafe, con vistas sobre la costa occidental de la isla y sobre el océano, a 484 metros sobre el nivel del mar.La vivienda que perteneció a un matrimonio humilde dedicado a las tareas agrícolas y ganaderas, ha sido ahora rehabilitada espléndidamente por uno de sus nietos, actual propietario y en la cual destaca sobremanera la acogedora cocina-comedor. La piedra, la madera y las tejas de barro que eran hechas a mano, son los materiales básicos de este tipo de viviendas rurales donde se conservaban sin calefacción ni frigoríficos los granos y frutos secos, en cajas de tea, alguna de las cuales aún se conserva en la casa. Las huertas que la rodean eran plantadas con productos para la subsistencia, tales como trigo, cebada, patatas y algunos frutales. Actualmente sirven de espléndido jardín jalonado de frutales y verduras para consumo casero de los propietarios y huéspedes. Tiene una magnífica entrada para el coche rodeada de plantas, entre ellas alguna platanera de jardín.Casa La Capellana dispone de piscina privada cuyas dimensiones son: 7m x 3,50m y su profundidad va desde 1,30m hasta 2,10m. Un lugar tranquilo de las medianías del oeste de La Palma, que dista sólo 30 metros del antiguo Camino Real de La Costa, principal vía de comunicación de antaño y actualmente un camino recuperado para los senderistas (GR-130) que da vuelta a toda la isla. No mucho más lejos de la casa sube otro sendero, el PR LP 12.2, de recorrido medio, perpendicular al anterior y que sube desde la misma orilla del mar hasta el monte. La condición occidental del lugar proporciona largas y coloridas puestas de sol prácticamente disfrutables durante todo el año. Casa La Capellana está situada a cuatro kilómetros del centro del pueblo, dónde es muy fácil proveerse de todo lo necesario para el uso diario, y a unos 15km de la ciudad de Los Llanos de Aridane que ofrece todo tipo de tiendas y servicios. Mención especial merece el Mirador El Time, a 4km, punto de encuentro con vista panorámica sobre el verde Valle de Aridane.​

The cottage is situated in the picturesque village of El Jesús, in Tijarafe, with views over the west coast of the island and the ocean, at an altitude of 484 metres above sea level.

The house used to belong to a humble couple who worked the fields and tended their flocks. It has now been splendidly refurbished by one of their grandsons, the present owner, to offer a wonderfully cosy kitchen-dining room. The stone, wood and the hand-made clay tiles are the basic materials of cottages of this kind, which conserve the grain and dried fruit in pine wood chests, without refrigerators or heating, and some of these chests remain in the house. The fields around it were sown with subsistence produce, such as wheat, barley, potatoes and some fruit trees. They now act as a splendid garden decorated with fruit orchards and vegetable plots for both owners and guests to enjoy. It has a magnificent driveway surrounded by plants.

Casa La Capellana has its own private pool, measuring 7m x 3.5m and the depth varies from 1.3 m to 2.1 m. It also has a spa built into the pool, with a hydro-massage station, Jacuzzi and hydro-massage water jets.

It is situated on Camino de Los Gomeros, in the village of El Jesús, in Tijarafe. A quiet spot in the western foothills of La Palma, just 30 metres from the former Coastal Bridal Path, what used to be the main connection and is currently a trail that has been recovered for ramblers (GR-130) that circumnavigates the entire island. Not much further away, there is another trail, the PR LP 12.2, medium length, which runs perpendicular to the other one that climbs up from the shoreline to the mountains. As this is the west of the island, the sun sets are long and colourful and you can enjoy them practically all year round. The conditions of the sky are magnificent for seeing the stars and guests are provided with everything they need to enjoy a magnificent astronomy experience with the help of binoculars and basic astronomy books

Casa La Capellana is situated four kilometres from the centre of town, where you will easily find everything you need for your daily routine, and about 15 km from the town of Los Llanos de Aridane, which offers all kinds of shops and services. Special mention has to be made of the El Time Look-Out, 4 km away, where you will discover magnificent panoramic views over the green Aridane Valley.

Stein, Holz und handgemachte Tonziegel sind die Grundmaterialien dieser Art von ländlichen Wohnhäusern, wo Getreide und Nüsse ohne Heizung oder Kühlschänke in Kisten aus Kanarischer Kiefer aufbewahrt wurden, von denen noch einige im Haus erhalten sind. Die umgebenden Gemüsegärten enthielten Erzeugnisse für den Lebensunterhalt, wie Weizen, Gerste, Kartoffeln und einige Obstbäume. Derzeit dienen sie als herrlicher Garten, eingerahmt von Obstbäumen und Gemüse für den häuslichen Verkehr von Eigentümern und Gästen. Es gibt auch eine herrliche, von Pflanzen umgebene Einfahrt für die Autos.Casa La Capellana verfügt über ein privates Schwimmbecken, dessen Abmessungen 7 m x 3,50 m sind und die Tiefe geht von 1,30 m bis 2,10 m. Es gibt auch ein SPA im Schwimmbecken, mit Hydromassageliege, Whirlpool und Hydromassagestrahlen.Das Haus befindet sich im Camino de los Gomeros im Viertel El Jesús in Tijarafe. Die westliche Lage des Orts bietet lange und farbenfreudige Sonnenuntergänge, die man praktisch das ganze Jahr genießen kann. Da der Himmel ausgezeichnete Bedingungen für die Beobachtung der Sterne bietet, wurde das Haus mit Elementen ausgestattet, die den Gästen zur Verfügung stehen, um mit Hilfe von Ferngläsern und Büchern, die in die Astronomie einführen, eine wunderbare astronomische Erfahrung zu erleben.Casa La Capellana liegt vier Kilometer vom Ortskern, wo es sehr leicht ist, alles für den täglichen Gebrauch Nötige zu erwerben und etwa 15 km von der Stadt Los Llanos de Aridane, die alle Arten von Läden und Dienstleistungen bietet. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der 4 km entfernte Aussichtspunkt El Time, ein Treffpunkt mit Panoramablick auf das grüne Tal von Aridane.
