Son estas 500 botellas de bujariego blanco las que en su momento dieron origen el restaurante. Un negocio familiar, que surgió para dar respuesta a una doble necesidad: comercializar la producción vinícola de la finca y satisfacer la inquietud emprendedora de su propietario, que antes de meterse tras los fogones trabajaba como gerente de una cooperativa agrícola.

El embozo negro que forman las arenas y piroclastos volcánicos de la zona realzan la oscuridad natural de sus cielos. Incluso desde la misma explanada de entrada, el visitante tendrá ocasión de comprobar su sobresaliente calidad astronómica, que invita a la contemplación y a la magia.

La tematización astronómica del local se redondea con un sugerente menú estelar, en el que encontramos platos como saturnos de morcilla, cometas de queso asado, explosiones solares de papitas arrugadas y vialácteas de fruta. La velada puede incluir, a petición del cliente, la asistencia de guías especializados, que acudirán en ese caso con equipos astronómicos profesionales. Y en el caso de que la climatología impida las actividades al aire libre, los clientes podrán disfrutar de una proyección de mapas interactivos e imágenes del Universo sobre una espectacular pantalla de 84 pulgadas.

These 500 bottles of Bujariego white are the ones that started out this restaurant back in the day. A family business that was founded to cover a double need: to market the farm’s wine production and to meet the entrepreneurial concerns of its owner, who worked as the manager of a farming co-operative before taking to the kitchen.

 

The black hem formed by the volcanic sands and pyroclasts of the area highlight the natural darkness of the sky. Visitors will have the chance to check out the excellent star-gazing quality of the skies, even from the entrance esplanade. It is truly an invitation to contemplate the magic.

 

The astronomy theme is rounded off with a suggestive star menu, in which you will find dishes such as “black pudding Saturn”, “roasted cheese comets”, papitas arrugadas – traditional potatoes boiled in their jackets – solar flares” and “fruit Milky Way”. On request, the evening can include specialist guides who will come with professional astronomy equipment. And if the weather prevents outdoor activities, guests can enjoy a projection of interactive maps and slides of the universe on a spectacular 84-inch screen.

Ein Familienbetrieb, der entstand, um einem zweifachen Bedarf gerecht zu werden: einerseits die Weinproduktion des Gehöfts zu vertreiben und den Unternehmergeist seines Eigentümers zu befriedigen, der als Verwalter einer landwirtschaftlichen Kooperative arbeitete, ehe er sich an den Herd stellte.

 

Die schwarze Verhüllung aus vulkanischem Sand und Pyroklasten der Gegend betonen die natürliche Dunkelheit ihres Himmels. Sogar vom Eingang aus kann der Besucher die ausgezeichnete, astronomische Qualität des Himmels sehen, die zu Betrachtung und Magie einlädt.

 

Die astronomische Thematik des Lokals wird durch ein anregendes Sternenmenü abgerundet, in dem wir Gerichte wie „Blutwurstsaturne“, „Kometen aus gebratenem Käse“, „Sonnenexplosionen runzliger Kartöffelchen“ und „Obstmilchstraßen“ verkosten können. Der Abend kann auf Wunsch des Gastes mit der Teilnahme an spezialisierten Führungen abgerundet werden, deren Leiter in diesem Fall mit professionellen astronomischen Geräten erscheinen.
